The College of Applied Science, Neruvambram, managed by IHRD, a Govt. of Kerala undertaking, is situated in a calm and beautiful place located at Neruvambram  in Ezhome Panchayath, Kannur District.  The college that was established in the year 2008 in a land donated by Ezhome Educational Society was the fulfillment of the long cherished dream of the natives of Ezhome.  The college is affiliated to Kannur University. It offers B.Sc and M.Sc Programmes in Electronics, B.Sc and M.Sc programmes in Computer Science, B.Com with Computer Application, B.Com with Co-operation, M.Com and B.A English with Journalism.

The enthusiasm, co-operation and educational consciousness of the people of this area are the driving forces behind the development of this institution.  The three storied main building was constructed by Govt. of Kerala, under vision 2010 scheme. Thanks to Smt. P. K. Sreemathi Teacher, the then minister of Health and Family Welfare, for her whole hearted efforts.  The present PG Block and Canteen buildings were constructed by IHRD and Parent Teachers Association respectively.  The support extended by College Welfare Committee, Parent Teacher Association and MLA of Kalliassery Assembly constituency Mr.T.V.Rajesh is really commendable.
